As the wheel rotates, the saturated adsorption part enters the desorption zone, and the VOCs adsorbed on the zeolite are desorbed by heating, resulting in a significant concentration of the desorbed gas. The desorbed rotor enters the cooling zone, and a small portion of the exhaust gas is sent to the cooling zone to cool the rotor and restore its adsorption capacity. The cooled air is heated to a certain temperature and then used as desorbed air to enter the desorption zone, forming a cycle and achieving energy saving. Zeolite rotary wheels have many advantages, such as high adsorption efficiency of over 95%, which can achieve concentration ratios of 5-15 times or even higher. This not only greatly reduces the scale of subsequent treatment equipment, but also lowers costs.
