1. 低浓度 VOCs 为主、含少量 CO 的混合废气

典型成分:烷烃(如丙烷、丁烷)、芳烃(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)、酮类(丙酮、丁酮)、醇类(乙醇、异丙醇),搭配少量一氧化碳(CO,来自燃烧设备不完全燃烧或化学反应副产物)。

沸石转轮优先吸附 VOCs,将低浓度废气(如 VOCs≤1000mg/m³,CO≤500mg/m³)浓缩 10-20 倍,使后续催化氧化设备只需处理高浓度 VOCs(5000-10000mg/m³),同时 CO 在催化剂作用下同步氧化为 CO₂,避免单独处理低浓度废气的能耗浪费。

安全适配性:

沸石转轮的吸附过程在常温下进行,避免高温引发爆炸;催化氧化温度(200-400℃)远低于 VOCs 燃点(如二甲苯燃点 525℃),且浓缩后的废气经稀释后进入催化单元,浓度控制在 LEL 的 25% 以下,从源头杜绝安全隐患。
