沸石转轮装置的原理构造

沸石转轮是将大风量、低浓度的废气浓缩到高浓度、小风量的废气,从而减少设备的投入费用和运行成本,提高VOCs废气的处理效率的一项技术。在大风量、低浓度的废气燃烧处理和回收的时候。如果没有沸石转轮,直接进行燃烧的情况下,废气处理设备不仅体积庞大,而且产生的运行费用也会庞大。

沸石转轮浓缩区可分为处理区、再生区、冷却区,浓缩转轮在各个区内连续运转。

沸石转轮+CO
吸附于浓缩转轮中的有机废气VOCs,在再生区经热风处理而被脱附、浓缩到5--15倍的程度。
The organic waste gas VOCs adsorbed in the concentration wheel are desorbed and concentrated to a degree of 5-15 times after hot air treatment in the regeneration zone.
浓缩转轮在冷却区被冷却,经过冷却区的空气,经过再加热后作为再生空气使用,达到的效果。

废气经由管道进入到设备中,通过沸石吸附挥发性有机物后的洁净气体,会直接通过烟囱排放到大气中,转轮会持续以每个小时1-6圈的速度进入到设备中,同时会将吸附的挥发性有机物传送到脱附区域。被脱附后的浓缩有机废气送到焚烧炉会进行燃烧,而后转化成二氧化碳和水蒸气排放到大气中。
