沸石转轮+RTO治理各大阶段操作流程

1. 吸附阶段:VOC有机废气经过沸石转轮吸附后直接达标排放,原理是沸石分子筛由于孔径的大小能根据废气分子的大小和极性的不同进行选择性吸附,即使废气成分的浓度很低仍具有较高的吸附能力,且在高温下仍具有很强的吸附能力,这是其他吸附材质不具备的特性。

1. Adsorption stage: VOC organic waste gas is directly discharged up to standard after being adsorbed by zeolite rotary wheels. The principle is that zeolite molecular sieve can selectively adsorb according to the size and polarity of waste gas molecules due to its pore size. Even if the concentration of waste gas components is very low, it still has high adsorption capacity and strong adsorption capacity at high temperatures, which is a characteristic that other adsorption materials do not have.

2. 脱附阶段:沸石转轮始终保持着非常缓慢地旋转,在废气处理区吸附饱和后,在再生区把吸附在沸石分子筛里的有机废气通过高温热空气吹扫脱附出来。热空气的温度根据废气的成分而设定,沸石分子筛吸附大的特点就是不可燃使用,脱附时可保持较高的脱附温度因而适用于很多沸点较高的废气成分,这一点是活性炭吸附所达不到的。

2. Desorption stage: The zeolite wheel always rotates very slowly. After saturation in the waste gas treatment area, the organic waste gas adsorbed in the zeolite molecular sieve is blown out by high-temperature hot air in the regeneration area. The temperature of the hot air is set according to the composition of the exhaust gas. The characteristic of zeolite molecular sieve adsorption is that it is not flammable and safe to use. During desorption, it can maintain a high desorption temperature, which is suitable for many exhaust gas components with high boiling points, which cannot be achieved by activated carbon adsorption.

3. RTO氧化阶段:沸石转轮实际上是个浓缩装置,把低浓度大风量有机废气里的分子捕捉、富集到沸石分子筛上面。当脱附时就能用很小的热风从沸石分子筛中把废气分子吹扫出来。这时脱附出来的高浓度小风量废气就可直接进入RTO中进行高温焚烧。由于出来的废气浓度较高且风量较小,因此可选用更小规格尺寸的RTO焚烧炉,同时处理较高浓度废气能使RTO炉内达到自持燃烧,这样可以大大降低RTO设备运行时的能耗。

3. RTO oxidation stage: The zeolite wheel is actually a concentration device that captures and enriches molecules from low concentration and high air volume organic waste gas onto the zeolite molecular sieve. When desorbed, a small amount of hot air can be used to blow out the exhaust gas molecules from the zeolite molecular sieve. At this point, the high concentration and small air volume exhaust gas desorbed can directly enter the RTO for high-temperature incineration. Due to the high concentration and small air volume of the exhaust gas, a smaller size RTO incinerator can be selected. At the same time, processing high concentration exhaust gas can achieve self-sustaining combustion in the RTO furnace, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption during the operation of the RTO equipment.

4. 沸石转轮恢复阶段:沸石转轮脱附区经高温再生后会使沸石分子筛温度升高,这样会使吸附效果变差。因而要对经过高温吹扫过的区域用补冷风机进行降温处理,降温后的沸石分子筛又会恢复原有的吸附能力,这样周而复始循环往复地进行废气处理。

4. Zeolite wheel recovery stage: After high-temperature regeneration in the zeolite wheel desorption zone, the temperature of the zeolite molecular sieve will increase, which will lead to a decrease in adsorption efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to use a supplementary cooling fan to cool the area that has been swept by high temperature, and the cooled zeolite molecular sieve will restore its original adsorption capacity, so as to carry out waste gas treatment in a cyclic manner.
