与活性炭吸附浓缩+催化燃烧(CO)一样,沸石浓缩转轮+催化燃烧(CO)设备原理也是先经过浓缩后高温处理。吸附剂、脱附温度、净化效果、CO燃烧炉能耗、适用范围、占地面积、安全稳定等多方面优势使得沸石浓缩转轮+CO这一工艺得到广泛的应用,弥补了部分活性炭吸附浓缩+CO处理工艺无法处理的场合。

VOCs气体收集→干式/湿式过滤→沸石转轮吸附浓缩→CO催化燃烧→风机+烟囱(达标排放)。

大风量低浓度的VOCs,经过沸石转轮后,由于分子之间的范德华力,VOCs被沸石微孔所吸附,净化后的气体可直接排到排气筒。被吸附在沸石转轮上的有机物再通过180℃~200℃的温度的气体进行脱附。脱附出来的高浓度废气再送入CO催化燃烧设备进行催化燃烧处理。

VOCs with high air volume and low concentration, after passing through the zeolite impeller, are adsorbed by the zeolite micropores due to van der Waals forces between molecules. The purified gas can be directly discharged into the exhaust pipe. The organic matter adsorbed on the zeolite wheel is desorbed by gas at a temperature of 180 ℃ to 200 ℃. The high concentration exhaust gas desorbed is then sent to the CO catalytic combustion equipment for catalytic combustion treatment.

催化燃烧是典型的气—固相催化反应,它在催化剂的作用下降低反应的活化能,使其在较低的起燃温度250~350℃下进行无焰燃烧,在固体催化剂表面有机物质发生氧化,同时产生CO2和H2O,并放出大量的热量,因其氧化反应温度低,所以大大地控制了空气中的N2形成高温NOx。而且由于催化剂有选择性催化作用,有可能限制燃料中含氮化合物的氧化过程,使其多数形成分子氮,从而降低了末端处理设备的负荷,降低了运行能耗。

Catalytic combustion is a typical gas-solid catalytic reaction, which reduces the activation energy of the reaction under the action of the catalyst, allowing it to undergo flameless combustion at a lower ignition temperature of 250-350 ℃. Organic matter on the surface of the solid catalyst oxidizes, producing CO2 and H2O, and releasing a large amount of heat. Due to its low oxidation reaction temperature, it greatly controls the formation of high-temperature NOx from N2 in the air. Moreover, due to the selective catalytic effect of the catalyst, it is possible to limit the oxidation process of nitrogen-containing compounds in the fuel, causing most of them to form molecular nitrogen, thereby reducing the load on the end treatment equipment and lowering operational energy consumption.

1、沸石为无机物,具有不可燃性,脱附再生时较活性炭的安全性更高;

4、全智能化管理操作,PLC/人机界面+智能手机APP远程管控系统;可在人机界面或者手机上设定运行参数,实现远程实时智能控制。
