催化燃烧设备工作原理

  催化燃烧装置的工作流程,包含以下模块:废气的收集、预处理、活性炭载体的吸附、co炉燃烧装置和末端风机烟筒的排放。其中,有三大模块是催化燃烧的核心装置:

  1、预处理对废气颗粒物杂质的有效拦截,废气的洁净程度是直接关乎活性炭寿命的根本。2、活性炭的选择为高质量木质或椰壳碳,碘值不低于600,四氯化碳不低于50%。3、催化剂的贵金属含量是催化燃烧的核心问题,是脱附活性炭废气能否达到无焰燃烧的关键所在。

  1. The effective interception of particulate matter impurities in exhaust gas by pretreatment is directly related to the cleanliness of exhaust gas, which is fundamental to the lifespan of activated carbon. 2. The selection of activated carbon is high-quality wood or coconut shell carbon, with an iodine value not less than 600 and carbon tetrachloride not less than 50%. 3. The content of precious metals in catalysts is the core issue of catalytic combustion and the key to achieving flameless combustion of desorbed activated carbon exhaust gas.

  废气燃烧温度一般在260-300℃之间。燃烧后,废气再次进入热交换器。经换热器冷却后,净化后的废气经离心风机和15米烟囱排入大气。

  The combustion temperature of exhaust gas is generally between 260-300 ℃. After combustion, the exhaust gas enters the heat exchanger again. After being cooled by a heat exchanger, the purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a centrifugal fan and a 15 meter chimney.

  废气经阻火器过滤后,通过脱附管道进入热交换器,热交换器的热气升高一定温度后进入预热室、经过预热室的加热使废气升温到催化起燃温度(260度)然后进入催化反应床,在催化剂的活性作用下,有机废气进行氧化反应生成无害的水和二氧化碳,并放出一定的热量。反应后的高温气体再次进入热交换器,经换热后,高温气体通过脱附管道进入脱附碳箱,形成循环脱附。催化燃烧是借助催化剂在低温下(260-400度)实现对有机物的完全氧化,因此,操作简单、净化效率高,在有机废气特别是回收价值大的有机废气净化等领域应用广泛。

  After being filtered by the flame arrester, the exhaust gas enters the heat exchanger through the desorption pipeline. The hot gas in the heat exchanger rises to a certain temperature and enters the preheating chamber. After being heated by the preheating chamber, the exhaust gas is heated to the catalytic ignition temperature (260 degrees) and then enters the catalytic reaction bed. Under the active action of the catalyst, the organic exhaust gas undergoes oxidation reaction to produce harmless water and carbon dioxide, and releases a certain amount of heat. The high-temperature gas after the reaction enters the heat exchanger again, and after heat exchange, the high-temperature gas enters the desorption carbon box through the desorption pipeline, forming a cyclic desorption. Catalytic combustion utilizes catalysts to achieve complete oxidation of organic matter at low temperatures (260-400 degrees). Therefore, it is easy to operate and has high purification efficiency. It is widely used in the purification of organic waste gases, especially those with high recovery value.

  催化燃烧与催化燃烧一体化单元的工作原理主要包括吸附气法、分析气法和催化燃烧法三部分。(1)吸附气法利用活性炭的物理特性吸附VOC有机废气。蜂窝活性炭比表面积大,吸附能力强。有机废气吸附到活性炭微孔中进行净化,净化后的气体通过风机排出;(2)在气体解吸过程中,当活性炭微孔吸附饱和时,不能被吸附。此时,催化床产生的高温热风解吸活性炭,活性炭微孔有机物在高温下自动与活性炭分离,活性炭再生;(3)有机物解吸后被浓缩(浓度比原来高出数十倍),送入催化燃烧室进行催化燃烧。在250~300℃的催化剂上进行催化氧化,转化为无害的CO2和H2O排放。当有机废气浓度达到2000ppm以上时,有机废气可以在催化床中保持自燃,无需额外加热。燃烧后的尾气直接排放到大气中,大部分热空气回收到吸附床进行活性炭的分析和再生。再生后的活性炭可用于下次吸附。该设备可在两条气路下连续工作。当工作负荷较大时,设置两个吸附床交替使用。建立了催化燃烧室。,有机废气由其中一个活性炭吸附床吸附。当活性炭接近饱和时,吸附床两端关闭的阀门同时关闭,即停止吸附工作,另一个吸附床自动打开,开始接管吸附工作。这样,两个吸附床的切换操作可以实现大量的连续工作。

  The working principle of catalytic combustion and catalytic combustion integrated environmental protection unit mainly includes three parts: adsorption gas method, analytical gas method, and catalytic combustion method. (1) The adsorption gas method utilizes the physical properties of activated carbon to adsorb VOC organic waste gas. Honeycomb activated carbon has a large specific surface area and strong adsorption capacity. Organic waste gas is adsorbed into activated carbon micropores for purification, and the purified gas is discharged through a fan; (2) During the gas desorption process, when the activated carbon micropores are saturated with adsorption, they cannot be adsorbed. At this point, the high-temperature hot air generated by the catalytic bed desorbs the activated carbon, and the microporous organic matter in the activated carbon automatically separates from the activated carbon at high temperatures, leading to the regeneration of the activated carbon; (3) After desorption, the organic matter is concentrated (with a concentration tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion. Catalytic oxidation is carried out on a catalyst at 250~300 ℃ to convert into harmless CO2 and H2O emissions. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches over 2000ppm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without the need for additional heating. The exhaust gas after combustion is directly discharged into the atmosphere, and most of the hot air is recovered to the adsorption bed for analysis and regeneration of activated carbon. The regenerated activated carbon can be used for the next adsorption. This device can work continuously under two gas paths. When the workload is high, set up two adsorption beds to be used alternately. Established a catalytic combustion chamber. Firstly, the organic waste gas is adsorbed by one of the activated carbon adsorption beds. When the activated carbon approaches saturation, the valves at both ends of the adsorption bed are closed simultaneously, which stops the adsorption work. The other adsorption bed automatically opens and begins to take over the adsorption work. In this way, the switching operation of the two adsorption beds can achieve a large amount of continuous work.
