废气通过引风机进入蓄热室1进行预热,利用陶瓷蓄热体回收的热量,使废气温度升高至接近热氧化温度。
The exhaust gas enters the heat storage chamber 1 through the induced draft fan for preheating, and the heat recovered by the ceramic heat storage body is used to raise the exhaust gas temperature to near the thermal oxidation temperature.
预热后的废气进入燃烧室进行热氧化,使有机废气中的VOC氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。这一过程中,燃烧器燃烧补充热量,使废气升至设定的氧化温度(通常为730~780℃)。
The preheated exhaust gas enters the combustion chamber for thermal oxidation, which oxidizes and decomposes the VOCs in the organic exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water. During this process, the burner burns to supplement heat and raise the exhaust gas to the set oxidation temperature (usually 730-780 ℃).
氧化后的高温气体经过另一蓄热室2进行热量交换,温度降低后排放至大气。与此同时,蓄热室2的蓄热体吸热,为下一个循环加热新输入的低温废气做准备。
The high-temperature gas after oxidation undergoes heat exchange in another heat storage chamber 2, and is discharged into the atmosphere after the temperature is reduced.
