沸石转轮吸附+催化燃烧，是目前国内VOCs有机废气处理领域应用较成熟、实用的工艺。主要由废气预处理系统、沸石转轮吸附浓缩系统、脱附系统、催化燃烧系统、冷却干燥系统和自动控制系统等组成。沸石转轮先对有机废气吸附、压缩，然后把压缩后的高浓度废气分子从沸石中脱附出来，送入催化氧化炉中进行无焰燃烧，达到对有机废气净化的目的。
