恶臭气体经过管道收集后进入预处理装置,经水洗加湿使废气的湿度达到90%以上,湿气体再进入生物过滤除臭装置,气流与循环液在穿过生物填料层的过程中完成生物的气液扩散、液固扩散、生物氧化三个过程,生物填料表面生物膜中的微生物以恶臭气体物质为营养,恶臭物及VOCs被微生物氧化分解,在转化过程中产生能量,为微生物的生长与繁殖提供能源,使恶臭气体物质的转化持续进行,经净化后的气体由引风机引出排放。
The odorous gas is collected through pipelines and enters the pre-treatment device. After being washed and humidified, the humidity of the exhaust gas reaches over 90%. The wet gas then enters the biological filtration and deodorization device. The airflow and circulating liquid complete three processes of biological gas-liquid diffusion, liquid-solid diffusion, and biological oxidation during the process of passing through the biological packing layer. The microorganisms in the biofilm on the surface of the biological packing take the odorous gas substances as nutrients, and the odorous substances and VOCs are oxidized and decomposed by the microorganisms. During the transformation process, energy is generated to provide energy for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, so that the transformation of odorous gas substances continues. The purified gas is discharged from the induced draft fan.
循环液中含有脱落的生物膜和微生物,经过滤、补充新鲜洗涤液后循环使用,过滤去掉多余的少量生物膜作为污泥定期排放。
