原理

principle

沸石转轮吸附原理:沸石转轮是整个系统的核心部件,其表面涂覆有沸石分子筛。沸石分子筛具有均匀的微孔结构和较大的比表面积,对 VOCs 有很强的吸附能力。含有 VOCs 的废气通过沸石转轮时,VOCs 分子被吸附在沸石分子筛的微孔表面,从而使废气得到净化。转轮在转动过程中,吸附饱和的部分会进入脱附区,通过高温热风进行脱附,使沸石分子筛再生,得以循环使用。

Principle of zeolite wheel adsorption: The zeolite wheel is the core component of the entire system, and its surface is coated with zeolite molecular sieves. Zeolite molecular sieve has a uniform microporous structure and a large specific surface area, and has strong adsorption capacity for VOCs. When the exhaust gas containing VOCs passes through the zeolite wheel, VOCs molecules are adsorbed on the microporous surface of the zeolite molecular sieve, thereby purifying the exhaust gas. During the rotation of the wheel, the saturated adsorption part will enter the desorption zone and undergo desorption through high-temperature hot air, regenerating the zeolite molecular sieve and allowing it to be recycled.

催化氧化(CO)原理:从沸石转轮脱附出来的高浓度 VOCs 废气被输送到催化氧化装置中。在催化剂的作用下,VOCs 与空气中的氧气发生氧化反应,生成二氧化碳和水。催化氧化反应在较低的温度下(通常为 200 - 400℃)就能进行,大大降低了能耗,同时提高了反应的效率和安全性。

Catalytic oxidation (CO) principle: The high concentration VOCs waste gas desorbed from the zeolite wheel is transported to the catalytic oxidation device. Under the action of catalysts, VOCs undergo oxidation reactions with oxygen in the air, producing carbon dioxide and water. Catalytic oxidation reaction can be carried out at lower temperatures (usually 200-400 ℃), greatly reducing energy consumption while improving the efficiency and safety of the reaction.
